Nashville Property Services connects property owners and businesses with trusted local service providers. You submit one request, we match you with someone suited to the job, and we take it from there. No accounts, no browsing endless listings, no middleman fees baked into the price.
Why we started with cleaning
Building a full property services marketplace all at once would mean doing thirteen things adequately instead of one thing well. We chose to launch with cleaning first — commercial, residential, post-construction, Airbnb turnover, pressure washing, and window cleaning — get that right, and expand from a position of experience rather than guesswork.
All 12 trades, now live
Cleaning, landscaping, handyman, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, pest control, flooring, appliance repair, and general maintenance are all live, each with its own set of specialties and a request form matched to that trade. We built it out one category at a time, the same way we approached cleaning — get it right before moving to the next one.
What we won't do
- We won't publish fake reviews or testimonials before we have real ones
- We won't publish pricing figures we can't stand behind, since providers set their own rates
- We won't add a new trade before we're confident we can actually match you with someone good
