These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nashville Property Services website and the requests you submit through it. By submitting a request, inquiry, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Nashville Property Services Is

Nashville Property Services ("we," "us," "our") is a division of Aurum Ventura Enterprise LLC and operates a referral platform connecting Nashville-area property owners and businesses with independent, third-party cleaning and property service providers ("Providers"). We are not a cleaning company. We do not employ, supervise, or control the Providers we refer you to, and we do not perform any cleaning, maintenance, or property services ourselves.

In short: we make the introduction. The actual work, pricing, scheduling, and agreement for services happens directly between you and the Provider.

2. No Guarantee of Provider Quality or Availability

We make reasonable efforts to connect you with a suitable Provider, but we do not guarantee:

That a Provider will be available, respond promptly, or accept your request
The quality, timeliness, safety, or outcome of any work performed by a Provider
Pricing, estimates, or the accuracy of any quote a Provider gives you
That any Provider is licensed, insured, or bonded, though we may ask Providers to represent that they are

You are responsible for vetting a Provider to your own satisfaction before agreeing to any work, including confirming licensing, insurance, and pricing directly with them.

3. Independent Contractor Relationship

Providers are independent businesses, not our employees, agents, partners, or representatives. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Nashville Property Services and any Provider.

4. Payments and Disputes

Any payment for cleaning or property services is agreed upon and handled directly between you and the Provider. We are not a party to that transaction and do not process, guarantee, or refund payments made to a Provider. If a dispute arises between you and a Provider regarding pricing, work quality, damages, or anything else related to the service performed, that dispute is between you and the Provider. We are not responsible for resolving it, though we may, at our discretion, assist informally.

Separately, businesses that purchase advertising or sponsorship placement through us agree to the pricing and terms communicated to them directly at the time of purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nashville Property Services and its owners are not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from or related to:

Work performed, not performed, or performed improperly by a Provider
Any interaction, agreement, or dispute between you and a Provider
Delays, missed appointments, or Provider unavailability
Property damage or personal injury occurring during a Provider's service

This site and the referrals we provide are offered "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit false, fraudulent, or malicious requests, attempt to disrupt or abuse the site, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
